The Bald Eagle Area School District offers a variety of sports programs for its students. These include basketball, football, soccer, track and field, and softball. The district also has a number of club teams, such as the wrestling team and the swim team.
The district’s athletic program is overseen by the Athletic Director, who is responsible for managing the budget and scheduling practices and games. The Athletic Director also works with the coaches to ensure that they are properly trained and prepared to lead their teams.
The Bald Eagle Area School District is committed to providing its students with a well-rounded education that includes opportunities to participate in sports. This commitment results in a high level of participation in BASD sports programs. In fact, nearly one third of all students in the district participate in some form of athletics.
This level of participation would not be possible without the support of the community. The parents and guardians of BASD student-athletes play an important role in ensuring that their child has access to quality coaching and equipment. They also provide transportation to practices and games, and cheer on their favorite teams from the stands.
Thank you for your support of BASD athletics!
